What is the Micros Report?

The Micros Report is the only LIVE WebTV feed dealing with financial news focused expressly on microcap investment analysis, and it streams to every area of the world.  Hosted by Mike “the Analyst” Willingham, The Micros Report provides traders, brokers, investors, and market makers the necessary information to trade intelligently in the penny stock market.  Mike has passed the required tests to be recognized by the NASD as a Supervisory Research Analyst as brings this investment know-how LIVE to his viewers every trading day. 

The Micros Report focuses on undervalued investment opportunities and momentum style investments to draw the attention of the viewers to the potential money makers of each day.  With the added benefit of being highly interactive, The Micros Report becomes “Your” Micros Report as Mike takes phone calls LIVE on the air and communicates with any member of the viewing audience anywhere in the world via his instant messenger account “MicrosReport”.  In fact, Mike regularly receives LIVE real-time messages from viewers in North America, the Far East, Europe, and once even from a viewer on his boat 500 miles off the coast of Florida!

Who is the host?

Originally from Southwest Oklahoma, Mike attended Cameron University with a full-ride academic scholarship, where he graduated from the Business School with a degree in Finance.  While in school, he held part-time jobs and volunteered in the community in order to maintain his Presidential Leaders & University Scholarship (PLUS) status.

Upon graduation, Mike immediately moved to Las Vegas to take employment with Wells Fargo where he would work for six years in varying capacities.  Most of his time was spent in the Trust and Investment Management division as a Portfolio Manager.  In this role, most of his time was spent analyzing economic developments, planning asset allocation tactics, and reviewing the suitability of assets for inclusion in a wide spectrum of investment portfolios.With Wells Fargo, Mike acted as Team Leader overseeing a group of Portfolio Managers who managed an aggregate $650 million of investable assets.  He also served as a member of the National Portfolio Realignment Team, and worked as an investment analyst covering the Consumer Finance division providing company specific coverage on American Express for the proprietary buy-side division of the firm.

After moving to Dallas, Mike took a similar position with the Private Bank at Bank of America then began his move to a smaller scale.  He took a position with a small broker/dealer and initiated his specialization in microcap securities, at first acting as an investment banker to many small firms then looking into the analysis side.  After passing the NASD Series 86/87 Registered Research Analyst exams, Mike realized the power of covering microcap securities and struck out on his own to help realize the strength of analysis and reporting for undervalued firms.  Thanks to his experience and education, Mike understands that the most important aspect of reporting is to be diligent while announcing advancements and publishing truths.Now translating his investment expertise and knowledge of the microcap world, Mike thoroughly enjoys broadcasting The Micros Report as the only live WebTV source for microcap news and analysis.
