In the shows you watch nowadays, the characters are even more supportive rather than your own family. There is a simple reason for this,  television shows do not have more budget for more actors. In real life, no matter how much you got paid, how much you love your job, it is still a job. You will provide a service when you work for someone, that is simply because you are paid to do  that.

When I hear somebody say that the company is  just like a family,  I think it is just a lie. You are family if you can borrow some money without paying it back, or do not come to work for 15 days and still have the job, or go home everyday after you eat lunch.
